TRAVEL BURSARY

We are pleased to have in place a travel bursary to support the cost of hiring buses and coaches to get attendees to and from Edinburgh on 25th October. The bursary is being managed by the Poverty Alliance, on behalf of the campaign. The application portal is hosted by GCVS.

You can apply to the bursary if you are:

  • A constituted civil society organisation based in Scotland (you can be part of a UK wide organisation but must have an office address in Scotland)

  • Your annual turnover is less than £1m

  • You intend to bring members of your community to the event on the 25th October

  • You are able to evidence need through the provision of a quote(s) for a bus or coach

If you meet the eligibility criteria you can apply for:

  • 100% of the cost of a coach or bus

Funding decisions will be made on a rolling basis each week and will be managed on a first-come-first-served basis.

We would like to thank the Robertson Trust, the National Lottery Community Fund and GCVS for making funding available for this bursary.

The following buses are running to and from Edinburgh on the 25th and have spaces available.
